From an early age, Brad was always creating — whether it was cars, Jeeps, helicopters, or woodworking projects — each crafted with the utmost attention to detail. He thrives when using his natural gifts and talents, seeing the potential in a project and bringing it to life.

In 1980, Brad began his career in the construction industry as a project manager for his father. Together, they built numerous homes throughout the Tulsa Metro Area during the 1980s and 1990s. The experience of managing home construction, land developments, and commercial projects alongside his father ultimately inspired him to establish his own home building company in 1990.

Over the years, Brad built custom homes and offered remodeling services of all sizes. In 2000, he expanded into utility and excavation services for new developments. By 2008, he had vertically integrated a precast concrete division, which grew into a family-owned manufacturing business from 2009 to 2018. As General Manager of Operations, Brad led a talented team in manufacturing and constructing some of Oklahoma’s most iconic projects, including the Tulsa Gathering Place land bridge tunnels, the River Spirit Casino parking garage, Paradise Cove amphitheater seating, and the University of Oklahoma’s Gaylord Stadium Expansion. His team also contributed to numerous Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Turnpike Authority projects. These ventures broadened his expertise in commercial construction and deepened his knowledge of general contracting at every level.

In 1982, Brad became a licensed Realtor Associate to complement his building company and is currently affiliated with McGraw Realtors in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His dual experience as a Realtor and a contractor allows him to guide clients not only in finding the perfect property but also in remodeling, renovating, and representing them through a successful closing.

With more than 35 years of hands-on experience, Brad’s passion lies in helping clients transform their visions, goals, and dream spaces into reality.

At Ridgeline Oklahoma, our mission is to help families and businesses bring projects from paper to completion — with client satisfaction as our top priority. We specialize in residential renovations and remodels, including whole-house transformations, bathroom and kitchen remodels in Bixby, Tulsa, and surrounding areas. Our expertise also includes outdoor living spaces, home additions, commercial tenant build-outs, renovations, and property management improvements.
