From childhood, Brad has always been busy building things - from cars, Jeeps, helicopters, or woodworking projects - with the utmost attention to detail. He operates within his gifts and talents when challenging himself by seeing the potential in any project and then bringing it to life.

In 1980, Brad began pursuing his passion within the construction industry as a project manager for his father. Together they built many homes within the Tulsa Metro Area throughout the 1980s and 1990s. The experiences of working with his father, managing home construction, developments, and commercial construction, ultimately led him to start his own home building company in 1990.

Brad was fortunate to build custom homes and provide remodeling services of all sizes for many years. In 2000, Brad owned and operated a utility and excavation business for new developments, which in 2008 vertically integrated a division to manufacture precast concrete sanitary and stormwater products for these developments. This venture led him to begin a precast concrete manufacturing company that grew into a family-owned business from 2009 to 2018. He was the General Manager of Operations within the family-owned business, putting his gifts and talents to use. This opportunity allowed him and his incredible team of employees to manufacture and construct some of Oklahoma's iconic projects, such as the Tulsa Gathering Place land bridge tunnels, the River Spirit Casino parking garage, and Paradise Cove's amphitheater seating structures. Further, the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord Stadium Expansion adds to the list, as well as other various notable turnpike projects for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. These opportunities furthered his skills and knowledge in the commercial construction scope – allowing him to fully understand the many levels of general contracting within the industry.

In 1982, Brad became a realtor associate to complement his building company and is currently teamed with McGraw Realtors here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Being a realtor associate - as well as a construction and remodeling contractor - provides the opportunity to not only assist clients with remodeling their home or business but also to assist in finding the perfect property and represent clients to a successful closing.

For Brad, the opportunity to apply his knowledge and skills from over 35 years of experience drives his passion for helping clients turn their visions, goals, and dream spaces, all into reality.

Ridgeline Oklahoma's drive and purpose are to help families and businesses take a project from paper to completion - with the client's ultimate satisfaction being our number one goal. Our focus is residential renovations and remodels, including whole-house renovations, bath and kitchen remodels in Bixby, Tulsa, and surrounding areas, as well as outdoor patios, home additions, commercial tenant build-outs, commercial renovations, and property management improvements.
